Rooms at Achray House Hotel

Achray House has eight bedrooms. Seven of the rooms are south facing, with views of Loch Earn or the mountains beyond, and all are en suite with a bath and shower.

All rooms have central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, a flat screen colour television, radio with alarm, direct dial telephone and a hairdryer. The hotel has free WIFI access for all guests. (There is limited mobile telephone reception in the hotel and lodges, and most mobile networks are inaccessible.)

The bedrooms are arranged over three floors, with the hotel entrance and all public areas on the middle floor.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, in the Victorian wing of the building. These rooms (2, 3 & 5) have superb views over Loch Earn and the mountains on its south shore. One loch view room is a family room (5), with a large double bedroom, and a second bedroom with an additional bed. Both rooms have direct access to the family sized bathroom. There is ample space in the main bedroom room for an additional bed or cot, both of which are available from reception.

The middle floor houses three bedrooms in the modern wing of the hotel. These bedrooms, as well as all the public areas of the hotel are accessible from the entrance on the level, without any steps. Two of the rooms (8 & 9) look out over Loch Earn and the mountains beyond. The third (10, also known as The Coachman's Room) is a cosy room at the back of the hotel, and is the only room which does not have a view of the loch or mountains. This room is suitable for wheelchair access.

The lower floor in the modern wing of the hotel has two bedrooms (6 & 7). These rooms are similar in layout to the Loch View rooms on the middle floor, and have a good view of the mountains to the south of Loch Earn, but limited views of the Loch itself.

Rooms 2, 3, 5, 8 and 9 are classified as Loch View rooms in our on-line reservation system, whilst rooms 6 and 7 are classified as Mountain View rooms. The Coachman's Room (10) is a Standard Room

In addition the the eight bedrooms in the hotel, there are two self-catering lodges positioned to the rear of the hotel which are available on a bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
